Online, April 8, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Newburgh NY, April 8, 2010 - DocuWare 5.1 fulfills all the criteria for the SAP ArchiveLink interface. This was recently confirmed by SAP via the recertification process. This certification assures customers that DocuWare can be seamlessly integrated with comprehensive ERP solutions offered by SAP.
DocuWare has been a Certified SAP Software Partner since 2001. The current DocuWare Version 5.1 and the module DocuWare CONNECT to SAP completed all tests and officially received the certificate "SAP Certified Integration with SAP Net Weaver". Specifically, the features HTTP Content Server, Barcode BAPI, and OLE Frontend were tested along with a new certification for the feature known as Solution Manager Ready.
DocuWare CONNECT to SAP enhances SAP NetWeaver solutions with features for archiving documents and data using the SAP ArchiveLink interface. For example, incoming/outgoing documents, print lists, SAP archive files, as well as PC files from applications like Microsoft Word or Excel can be stored directly out of the SAP system in the central document pool managed by DocuWare. With this integration, documents can be retrieved in seconds, right out of the ERP solution - the user never has to leave the familiar interface. Business processes can be seamlessly integrated and thereby handled more rapidly. In addition, DocuWare also gives users the ability to search for, display, and print documents that exist outside of the SAP system.
